  8. 1. This software remains the copyright of the author, Jason Williams, but it
  9.    may be freely distributed and used, provided that:
  10.    a) it is kept as a whole- All files associated with the application must
  11.       be included in their original form, especially THIS one.
  12.    b) no charge is made for any copying or distribution other than third
  13.       party transmission costs (eg disc purchase cost, postage, phone
  14.       charges).
  15.    c) Any 'accidental' profits should be donated to a registered charity.
  16.       (i.e. If you charge £1.50 for a copy, but it costs you £1.49 for
  17.       disc+postage, etc. then £0.01 should be donated per copy issued)
  18.    d) The 'free distribution' permission DOES NOT apply to BEEBUG, as in the
  19.       author's opinion they are a bunch of money-grubbing scum trying to get
  20.       rich from other people's hard work and generosity.
